If you do not want to participate in every single vote you can delegate your votes to someone else through Snapshot's delegation portal. Snapshot uses Gnosis' Delegate registry contract to keep track of which votes have been delegated.
Steps to delegate:
Visit the Snapshot delegation portal
Type in which address you want to delegate your IONX votes to
Put charged.eth in the space field to ensure that your votes are only delegated for Charged Particles governance
4. Hit Confirm and approve the delegation in your Wallet.
